Kenneth Austin, a resident of an apartment building at 798 W. 9 Hospitalized, 40 Displaced In Massive Warwick Fire A pre-dawn fire destroyed an apartment building in Warwick Township, displacing 40 people and sending five to the hospital, officials said Sunday, Nov. 17.
