Brannon was taken into custody and arraigned on Tuesday night, Dec. 17, according to York County Central Booking records. He had been wanted for the Dec. 12 robbery on the 1100 block of Rampart Avenue, where an elderly woman was attacked and had her purse stolen, West York Borough Police Department said. Rebecca E.
