Man Charged With Rape In Pennsylvania Sentenced For Jan. 6 US Capitol Riot
A Cumberland County man sentenced to prison for assaulting police officers during the January 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot is also facing rape and domestic violence charges in York County.
Joseph Pastucci, 50, of New Cumberland, stormed the Capitol with his wife, Jeanette Mangia, who is currently awaiting trial for her role in the insurrection.
