Sadie Sapp Charged For Stabbing Chester County Resident: PSP A Maryland woman is facing attempted homicide charges after stabbing a Chester County resident on Wednesday, Nov. 13, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Sadie Sapp, 18, of Rising Sun, Maryland, stabbed an East Nottingham Township resident in the 2800 block of Forge Road, state police said in a news release. She then fled in a vehicle. The victim was taken to a local hospital in stable condition, according to state police. No other details regarding the victim have been released.
