31lbs Drug Bust, 3 Bizarre Incidents Leads To Arrest Of Lancaster Felon: PD A Lancaster crime spree led police to 31 pounds of drugs, a stolen gun, thousands of dollars, and the arrest of a convicted felon that they believe is responsible, according to a release on Thursday, Sept. 18.  Marckenson James Cile, 25, of Lancaster, is behind bars again, this time on felony charges following three crimes all linked to him, police explained.  The first incident was suspicious activity in the 400 block of North Prince Street on July 18, 2024.  An attempted break-in was found but no one was home, "however, officers did observe in plain view evidence to sugges…

Reckless Mustang Driver Pepper-Sprayed After Pursuit In Virginia, Sheriff's Office Says A reckless Philadelphia driver was arrested after being pepper-sprayed in northern Virginia after police said she almost hit a motorcyclist then led a pursuit. Deputies were brought to the 3000 block of Warrenton Road in Stafford where the county sheriff's office said Carla Yengo Kahn, 32, had nearly struck a motorcyclist in her Ford Mustang, and was driving all over the roadway around 12:35 p.m. Sunday, June 2.
