A community is mourning their loss after a 32-year-old woman died due to a traumatic brain injury following a hit-run crash on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia. A 44-year-old Allentown mom "didn’t deserve to die the way she did," her daughter wrote in a GoFundMe on Friday, Sept. 6 following a murder-suicide. Livi E.
