Human Remains Found In Fairview Township Woods: Police Human remains were discovered in a wooded area of Fairview Township, sparking an investigation by local authorities, police announced on Tuesday, Dec. 10. The remains were located in the 300 block of Pleasant View Road in New Cumberland at approximately 10:39 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 9, according to Fairview Township police. Investigators believe the remains had been in the area for an extended period of time. “There is no risk to the public as a result of this incident,” police noted in a release. Dauphin County Man Killed In York Motorcycle Crash: Troopers Authorities have named the 21-year-old motorcyclist killed in a Fairview Township crash on Sunday, May 19.  Issaiha Seiders was headed north in the left lane of Interstate 83 when he merged right into the center lane, state police said in a release.  As he began to pass a Ford Fusion in the left lane, the Ford merged right, striking Seiders' motorcycle and knocking onto the right shoulder, according to troopers.  Seiders, of Halifax, was pronounced dead at the scene and a passenger on his motorcycle was flown to Hershey Medical Center with serious injuries.
