Philly Man Arrested After Taking Golf Cart, Home Invasion: Secaucus PD
A 22-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested and charged after he stole a golf cart from an apartment complex in Secaucus on Monday, April 7, authorities said.
At 12:57 a.m., officers responded to the Xchange Apartment complex after a man, later identified as Alaji Ahmad-Alwan, attempted to gain access into the building, Secaucus police said.
After being denied access to the building, Ahmad-Alwan fled and stole a $13,000 golf cart that belonged to the complex, police said.

Two men convicted in a $50,000 Bitcoin scam in Lebanon County have been detained by federal authorities for deportation, officials announced.
Digvijaysinh Chauhan, 23, and Hemal Patel, 26, were sentenced for felony theft and conspiracy charges on Tuesday, March 12, 2025, before the Lebanon County Court of Common Pleas, according to the district attorney’s office. Two juveniles who were "playing pranks" on Matthew Hill, a federally convicted bank robber, fatally stabbed him during a struggle inside a Lancaster home, but no charges will be filed, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office announced on Wednesday, March 6.

A bold thief stole a NOCO battery pack straight from a Pennsylvania police speed timing device in broad daylight—then sped off, authorities said.
The shocking theft happened at 4:52 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the intersection of Blue Church Road South and Wild Cherry Drive in Center Valley, Upper Saucon Township police said.

Patrick Rooney, 47, is accused of using a credit card belonging to the Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority to pay for two rooms at the Springhill Suites in Unity Township for a week, Pennsylvania State Police said in a release on Tuesday, Feb. 19.
