A pedestrian was fatally struck while crossing Route 1 in Delaware County, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Thursday, Feb. 13. Troopers responded to 1055 W. A Bucks County man who hid homemade explosives behind ceiling tiles in his Schuylkill County apartment has been sentenced to federal prison, authorities announced.
