Gabriel Eusebio Howard, 26, is wanted on multiple charges following an altercation with Lower Chichester police and vandalism inside his holding cell, police announced on Thursday, Feb. 13.
Howard faces felony aggravated assault against officers, misdemeanor resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, institutional vandalism, and public drunkenness, according to Lower Chichester Township police.

A Pennsylvania teen is accused of breaking into a Lancaster business by smashing through the ceiling, police announced Friday, Nov. 15.
Isaac William Powell Lamison, 18, of Emigsville, has been charged with burglary, criminal mischief, and possession of marijuana after breaking into the Tobacco Hut on 1400 Manheim Pike in Lancaster, according to Manheim Township Police.

Driver Nearly Crashed Into Police Car Before Montco Pursuit: Authorities
A car chase in Lower Moreland ended in one man's arrest, according to township police.
Officers were traveling on Philmont Avenue early on June 10 when they spotted an oncoming driver pass a car on its left side, veering into the center median and opposite lane, police said.
The officers had to swerve to the curb to avoid colliding with the driver, authorities said.
