A Philadelphia man will spend nearly two years behind bars for stalking and groping a teenage girl on a SEPTA bus to Bensalem, the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office announced on Monday, March 3, 2025.
Elmange Watson, 27, was convicted in August of stalking, corruption of minors, indecent assault, and two counts of harassment following a waiver trial before Common Pleas Judge Wallace H. Bateman Jr., authorities said.
