The PSPCA’s Animal Law Enforcement team executed a search warrant on the 1200 block of West Russell Street on Monday, July 28, after tips from the public led investigators to a property matching surveillance footage from the shelter. Caught On Video: Puppy Snatched From Pennsylvania Pet Store In Broad Daylight
A brazen thief was caught on video swiping a black German Shepherd puppy worth $2,800 from a pet store in Plymouth Township, authorities announced. Surveillance footage shows the suspect walking into Playful Pets on 115 Ridge Pike at 3:15 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 17, before snatching the pup from its pen, according to Plymouth Township police.
