McKnight, 58, of Harrisburg, was sentenced to 13.5 to 30 years in state prison by Judge Howard F. A Pennsylvania state trooper shot a woman following a standoff in Middle Paxton Township on Thursday, Dec. 26, Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo said. The 52-year-old son of a former US Ambassador started a road rage incident that led to his death, the Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo announced on Tuesday, July 16.
