Officer-Involved Shooting 'Justified' At Allentown Dominican Festival: DA Officers were "justified" in shooting at two suspects during the Dominican Festival in Allentown last month, the Lehigh County District Attorney announced on Friday, Sept. 20. The shootings involved two Allentown police officers in the 100 block of North 7th Street in Center City on Aug. 29, according to Lehigh County Gavin P. Holihan in a press release.
