A man turned himself in after red spray paint was found smeared across the exterior of Philadelphia's Weitzman National Museum of American Jewish History in two separate incidents, authorities announced on Tuesday, Sept. 9.
The suspect, identified as 33-year-old Leroy Hayes of Woodbury, NJ, surrendered to Central Detectives on Monday, Sept. 8, police said.
