A Montgomery County jury found Charles Fulforth, 41, of Jenkintown, and Kelvin Roberts, 42, of Norristown, guilty on Thursday, July 24, 2025, of murder, robbery, burglary, and related charges in the Dec. 8, 2024, killing of 25-year-old Andrew Gaudio and the attempted murder of his mother, Bernadette Gaudio. Shots Fired Into Homes Near Cemetery Prompts Police Probe In Eastern PA Two homes on Heckman Avenue were struck by gunfire in Nazareth, prompting a police investigation and a call for public help, authorities announced on Tuesday, May 13. The shots were believed to have been fired from the area surrounding Holy Family Cemetery between 6 and 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 8, according to the Nazareth Borough Police Department. Both homes were occupied at the time of the shooting, police said. No injuries were reported. Homicide: Man Police Cannot ID Shot Dead In York A man was found shot dead in York City and police had yet to be able to identified him at the time of the police release at 8:20 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 12.  Officers were called to a report of a man shot dead with multiple gunshot wounds in the the 800 block of West College Avenue around 4:52 p.m., as detailed in the release.  "The identity of this individual is currently unknown, and the incident is being investigated as a homicide," the police wrote in the release.  The victim was identified by the York County Coroner days later. Police Seek Missing 72-Year-Old In Bucks County A 72-year-old Fairless Hills man has been missing since Monday, July 29, according to Falls Township police. Joseph Verni was last seen around 8 a.m. that day, authorities said. Chester High School Football Player Killed In Shooting: Police A 17-year-old boy was shot and killed on a street in Chester on Sunday evening, authorities announced on Tuesday, July 2.  Zaheem Sabree was found with a gunshot wound to the head on East 24th Street near Crosby Street around 6:40 p.m., on June 30, city police detailed in the release. He was taken to an area hospital where he died from his wounds.  Sabree played football at Chester High School, according to his account on Hudl.com. Police are asking anyone with information on the shooting to call Detective Michael Maher at 610-447-8428.
