Man Attempting To Meet 13-Year-Old Through Chat App Caught In Sting: PA AG A 42-year-old Franklin County man is accused of trying to meet a 13-year-old girl for sex in Harrisburg after explicit online conversations, Attorney General Dave Sunday announced on Tuesday, Sept. 2. Bobby Clarke Rossell was arrested last week when he showed up at an arranged location expecting to meet the girl, who was actually an undercover agent, authorities said.
