A Pennsylvania man has been arrested in connection with a Feb. 4 hit-and-run that left an 8-year-old boy paralyzed, police said. Caleb Campbell, 22, was taken into custody on Thursday, Feb. 27, 2025, following an intensive investigation by Chester Police, authorities announced. He was arraigned the following day and ordered to be held on $500,000 cash bail.
