Actor, Penn State Grad Sent Sexual Messages To 14-Year-Old In NJ: Police A 31-year-old actor and Hawthorne resident was arrested and charged on Thursday, Oct. 10, with sending sexual messages to a 14-year-old girl, Daily Voice has learned. Matthew Kresch sent the text messages to the girl as part of an attempt to lure her into having sex, Hawthorne police said. He was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count of luring. Thomas G. Rutledge, of Green Lane (Montgomery County), PA began talking with the child over Snapchat, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
