Bucks County Man Throws Feces-Covered Clothing Out Of Moving Car, Gets Arrested: Police Reports of a man throwing fecal-covered clothing out of the window of his vehicle led to his arrest, police said in a Thursday, Nov. 14 news release. Jake Patrick Dilanzo, 32, of Chalfont, was arrested after police responded to a Target store after receiving reports of a man driving through the parking lot tossing clothing covered in feces out the window, according to the Warrington Township Police Department. James Fetscher, 78, of Warminster, and Neil Maurer, no age listed, of Horsham, fought in the center of the road in the 800 block of Easton Road at 12:25 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 8, the Warrington Township Police Department said.
