PA Man High On PCP Charged In Fatal Crash: DA A man on PCP was charged with vehicular homicide, the Montgomery County District Attorney announced on Thursday, Oct. 31. 27-Year-Old Killed In Northeast Philadelphia Motorcycle Crash: Officials A 27-year-old motorcyclist died after a crash in Philadelphia's Somerton neighborhood on Sunday night, July 7, according to city police.  The rider of a blue Suzuki motorcycle was headed north on Bustleton Avenue when he ran through a red light at Tomlinson Road, said crash investigators in a release.
