PA Woman Accused Of Flashing Gun At Drivers In Road Rage Meltdown: Police A Pottstown woman turned her temper into terror during two road rage incidents, allegedly pointing a handgun at drivers on Route 422, police announced on Friday, Nov. 22. Kayla Bell, 22, faces four counts each of Terroristic Threats, Simple Assault, and Possessing an Instrument of Crime after police linked her to the July and August 2024 confrontations. The first incident happened on Tuesday, July 24, on Route 422 East near Route 100 in North Coventry Township. Off-Duty PA Trooper Pleads Guilty To Firing Gun During Road Rage Incident: DA A state police officer received two years of probation after pleading guilty in connection with a 2022 road rage incident in Chester County, according to the District Attorney's Office.  David Levy of Kennett Square will also be required to take an anger management class, prosecutors said in a release.  Authorities said Levy was off-duty and driving on Route 1 near Longwood Gardens on Dec. 28, 2022.
