A Norfolk Southern train had a partial derailment in York County on Thursday, night, July 25, officials told Daily Voice. The derailment of H19 happened at Talen Energy Brunners Island in the 1400 block of Wago Road, East Manchester Township, York Haven, multiple authorities from different agencies detailed.
