Multiple PA Counties Investigating Suspected Fraudulent Voter Registrations: Officials Three Pennsylvania counties are investigating possible voter registration fraud, as mail-in ballots are rapidly coming in.  Approximately 2,500 voter registrations dropped off at the Lancaster County Board of Elections could be fraudulent, the county commissions and County District Attorney Heather Adams announced at a joint press conference on Friday, Oct. 25.
