Train Derails, Blocks Road, Knocks Out Power In Western PA: Mayor A train derailed in Western Pennsylvania, leaving a street blocked and power out, Connellsville Mayor Greg Lincoln said on Thursday night, March 20. The CSX train carrying nine flatbed cars came off the tracks near the 300 block of North Water Street in Connellsville just before 9 p.m., officials said. Two of the cars landed on the roadway near Water and Peach streets, according to Lincoln.
