Feds Charged PA, NJ Brothers In Assault Of News Reporter At Capitol Riot
Two brothers from Pennsylvania and New Jersey are facing federal charges for assaulting a news reporter during the Jan. 6, 2021 Capitol Riot, federal officials announced Thrusday on Thursday, Sept. 12
Philip Walker, 52, of Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania, and David Walker, 49, of Delran, New Jersey, are both charged in a criminal complaint for alleged violent conduct, including assault and robbery, committed during the breach of the U.S. Capitol, the DOJ said.

A 5-month-old baby girl was found with cocaine and fentanyl in her system that police believe her parents got in the Cumberland County Prison, according to multiple releases on Friday, Sept. 13.
David James Foor, 26, and Brandi Renee Keifer, 25, both of Carlisle were arrested on the charge of child endangerment on Monday, Sept. 9, by Middlesex Township Police.
The following day "it was discovered Foor [and Keifer] had brought in and possessed controlled substances while incarcerated at the Cumberland County Prison," the police wrote in two additional releases.

Vietnam Veteran, PA Firefighter, Blaine Horn, Dies On 9/11
A former firefighter in multiple counties in Pennsylvania and a Vietnam veteran died on Wednesday, Sept. 11, his former station announced.
Blaine W. Horn, 75, of Slatedale, passed away at his home, according to his obituary posted on Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc.'s website.
He was known in his community as the former Fire Chief of Citizen’s Fire Company #1 for over 40 years and the current Fire Marshal of Slatedale, but his service to his community dates back much further.

The family of a Toms River man has filed a lawsuit claiming he was killed by a supplement known by many as "gas station heroin."
The suit, filed on Thursday, Sept. 5 by the family of 32-year-old Matthew Cornier, names Neptune Resources, LLC; Super Chill CBD Products; and Hometown Market. Philadelphia-based law firm Feldman Shepherd announced the legal action in a news release on Thursday, Sept. 12.

Officials have identified the 68-year-old Lansdale motorcyclist killed in a crash on Monday, Sept. 9.
David F. Yacko died in the crash at Geigel Hill and Cafferty roads in Lansdale on Monday, Sept. 9, Bucks County Coroner Patricia Campi tells Daily Voice.
