Woman Shot By PA State Trooper After Firing Multiple Shots During Standoff: DA
A Pennsylvania state trooper shot a woman following a standoff in Middle Paxton Township on Thursday, Dec. 26, Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo said. The standoff occurred in the 400 block of Fried Drive and escalated when the woman, identified as Samantha Leigh Atherholt, fired multiple shots, Chardo explained on Friday, Dec. 27.
