PA Woman Punches Officer During Traffic Stop, Police Say A 23-year-old Annville has been arrested after fighting with police officers during a traffic stop, the Western Lebanon County Regional Police announced on Thursday, Oct. 24. Cathyria Reyes Rodriguez was pulled over by the police in the 1300 block of East Main Street in Annville at 12:39 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22, the police detailed in the release.
