'Serious Accident' Closes Intersection On Bucks-Montco Line Drivers are asked to avoid the scene of a crash in Montgomery Township on Tuesday, July 16.  A "serious accident" happened near  Lower State Road and County Line Road, Warrington Township Emergency Services said Tuesday morning.
