Crash Blocking Part Of Rt 30 In Lancaster: PennDOT A multi-vehicle crash has caused delays on Route 30 in Lancaster County on Tuesday, Oct. 22, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation.  The crash happened in the westbound lanes just before the Route 283/Harrisburg/Lancaster exit in Manheim Township around 9:34 a.m. Traffic backed up in the area as emergency vehicles remained on the scene.  There is no word of any injuries at the time of reporting.
