Bethlehem Dad Of 7 Drowns Tubing Lehigh River In Allentown: Coroner For at least the second time this month, a man has died while tubing in the Lehigh Valley, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. This time it was a father of seven children, a family friend told Daily Voice.  Antwan D. Daring, 35, of Bethlehem, drowned in the Lehigh River near Waterfront Drive in Allentown on Monday afternoon, July 15, officials said. She was 26.  Nations Parks Service officials said Tones slipped and fell into the water above St. Mary Falls on Sunday afternoon, June 23.  Witnesses said bystanders pulled her from the water after she was washed over the falls.
