Police Name Teen Killed In Northeast Philly Shooting A 19-year-old succumbed to his injuries on Wednesday night, July 10 after being shot in Tacony, according to Philadelphia police.  Hashim Gardner was struck multiple times on the 4600 block of Levick Street, authorities said.
