Northeast Corridor Train Kills Woman In South Brunswick, NJ Transit Says
A woman died when she was hit by a train in South Brunswick on Veterans Day, officials said. The woman was struck between Jersey Avenue and Princeton Junction at around 9:35 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, a New Jersey Transit spokesperson said. Her identity wasn't released as of Tuesday, Nov. 12. None of the 110 customers and crew members on the train were injured. They were transferred to a following train. The Northeast Corridor train had left New York Penn Station at 8:37 p.m. It was due to arrive in Trenton at 10:07 p.m. Amtrak and NJ Transit police were investigating the crash.

Rosenhayn Car Repair Shop Owner, 34, Dies In Upper Deerfield Crash: Troopers
A Rosenhayn man who owned a car repair business was killed in a crash in Cumberland County, authorities said. Andrew Panichelli, 34, died in the Upper Deerfield Township crash on Friday, Nov. 8, a state police spokesperson said. Troopers responded to County Route 611 near milepost 1.45 at around 12:31 a.m. Investigators said Panichelli was driving a Lexus north when he lost control of the car and crossed the center line. Egg Harbor Township Woman, 78, Struck By Pickup, Killed In Crash: Police
An Egg Harbor Township woman was killed while crossing a road on Veterans Day, authorities said. Sharon Parker, 78, died in the crash on Monday, Nov. 11, the Egg Harbor Township Police Department said in a news release. Officers responded to Tilton Road near the intersection with Goldenrod Lane at around 5:59 p.m. Investigators said a 2015 Ford F-150 was traveling north on Tilton Road. A Vineland man died when he was hit by a car and an SUV while crossing a street, authorities said. Michael Cimback Jr., 72, was killed in the hit-and-run crash on Thursday, Nov. 7, the Vineland Police Department said in a news release. Pennsauken Man Who Sexually Abused Kids For 8+ Years In His Home Sentenced, Prosecutors Say
A Pennsauken man will spend at least two dozen years in prison for repeatedly sexually assaulting two children, authorities said. Henry Parker, 72, was sentenced on Thursday, Nov. 7 to 27 years in state prison, Camden County Prosecutor Grace MacAulay said in a news release. A jury found Parker guilty on Friday, June 14. The victims testified at trial that Parker began sexually assaulting them at his home in October 2009. The assaults continued until they reported the abuse to police in January 2018. Voters in a Camden County borough approved a measure that would allow for alcohol sales for the first time in its 120-year history. Authorities identified the Pennsauken man who was wielding a knife when he was shot and killed by a police officer. Keith Edelin, 46, was named as the man who died in the shooting, the state Attorney General’s Office said in a news release on Friday, Nov. 8. The shooting happened in the Westmont section of Haddon Township on Sunday, Nov. 3. A Mercer County man was killed when he was struck while crossing a road, authorities said. Namtho Trinh of Hamilton Township died in the crash on Thursday, Nov. 7, the Hamilton Police Division said in a news release. Police were looking for whoever left a significant amount of money at a golf range in Holmdel, authorities said. In a Facebook post, Holmdel police said the money was turned into the department on Thursday, Nov. 8. A Somers Point man will spend up to a dozen years in prison for selling cocaine throughout Atlantic County, authorities said. Marlow Guerrier, 35, was sentenced on Monday, Nov. 4 to 12 years in state prison, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said in a news release on Friday, Nov. 8.
