An Amish man with a total of 92 children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was struck dead when his horse and buggy were struck by a BMW SUV, authorities told Daily Voice on Tuesday, Aug. 27.
Levi R. Stoltzfus, 81, of Narvon, driving the buggy near the intersection of Sheep Hill Road and Springville Road in East Earl Township when he struck the SUV at 8:13 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 25, according to the police. Click here to read our updated report about the crash.

A 19-year-old man was killed in an ATV crash in Carbon County, authorities said.
Joshua Beck of Penn Forest Township died as a result of the crash on Saturday, Aug. 24, according to Carbon County Coroner Mark K. Smith. Beck lost control of the ATV, left the roadway and struck a tree, the coroner said.
