Lebanon Chief Detective Charged With DUI Nearly 3X Limit In Lancaster The Chief Detective for Lebanon County has been charged with driving under the influence according court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Thursday, Oct. 31.  Jonathan C. Hess was "driving erratically" on Route 72 in Lancaster County on Saturday, Oct. 5 when Manheim Borough Police pulled him over, according to the affidavit of probable cause.  Lancaster County Wide Communications Dispatched told officers, he "hit a divider" before swerving into an oncoming traffic, as stated in the affidavit.
