Hanover Man Killed By Crash Injuries Nearly 3 Weeks Later, York Coroner A Hanover man has died 20 days after he was injured in a crash involving a tractor-trailer, the York County Coroner announced on Friday, Aug. 23.  Zachary "Zach" Jacob Orendorff, 41, died from a "Subdural and Subarachnoid Hemorrhage" due to the crash, Coroner Pam Gay wrote in the release. He passed away at WellSpan York Hospital at 2:40 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 22.
