Man ID'd After Fatal Strike Crossing Central PA Street: Coroner The man who died after being struck by a vehicle while crossing the street on Friday afternoon, Oct. 11, has been identified by the York County Coroner's Office late on Sunday night, Oct. 13.  Eric Legore, 51, of the 9600 block of Orchard Road in Jackson Township, was hit at 191 South Water Street near West Church Street, Spring Grove Borough at 2:21 p.m., according to the York County coroner’s office. Pedestrian Struck Near Cemetery In Lititz, Police Say Directly across from a cemetery, someone was struck by a vehicle, Lititz police announced on Sunday, July 7.  The crash happened at the intersection of South Broad Street/PA Route 501 and East Third Avenue around 2:16 p.m. on June 27, Lititz Borough of Police detailed in the release.  The driver was "attempting to turn left onto South Broad Street from East Third Avenue [and] failed to yield to the right-of-way of a pedestrian crossing the street in the crosswalk," the police stated in the release.
