The collision occurred at the intersection of Market Street and S. 30th Street around 3:25 p.m., according to the Camp Hill Police Department.
Investigators determined that a vehicle pulled from a stop sign at N. 30th Street into a break in the flow of traffic to cross Market Street, police said. The vehicle was struck by an eastbound car, which then pushed the first vehicle into another car stopped at the S. 30th Street and Market Street stop sign.
The 72-year-old Mechanicsburg woman was transported to a local hospital for evaluation of injuries sustained in the crash, authorities said.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about the crash is encouraged to contact Camp Hill police.
