GF Burned On 23% Of Body Boiling Water, BF Convicted: Dauphin County DA A 41-year-old Harrisburg man was convicted after he learned his girlfriend was leaving him so he poured boiling water over her while she was falling asleep, the Dauphin County District Attorney's Office announced Monday, Aug. 26. Wisly Oxcena was found guilty of aggravated assault and recklessly endangering another person follow a trial before Judge William T. Tully, according to the DA and court documents.
