Kutztown Woman Dies Weeks After Crashing Into Tree: Lehigh County Coroner An 80-year-old woman has just over two weeks after a car crash into a tree, Lehigh County Coroner Daniel A. Buglio announced on Tuesday, July 30.  Marilyn A. Barlip, Greenwich Township, was pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital at 11:15 a.m. on Monday, July 29, as detailed in the release.  Her official cause of death is "Complications of Multiple Blunt Force Injuries due to Motor Vehicle Collision" and the manner is an accident, Buglio said. HS Football Player Riding In Pickup Flatbed Falls To Death: PA State Police A 16-year-old died from injuries weeks after a serious fall from the flatbed of a pickup truck, the Pennsylvania State Police announced on Friday, July 19.
