A man from Shermans Dale has been sentenced to up to nine years in Pennsylvania State Prison for forcing another man to perform oral sex, authorities said. Jordan Lee Rhoads was sentenced by Judge Jessica E. Brewbaker on Tuesday, Aug. 27, after being convicted at trial of the crimes of Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse, Sexual Assault, and Indecent Assault. Convicted Rapist Gives Fake Camp Hill Address To Comply With Meghan's Law, Police Say
A 56-year-old convicted rapist from Pennsylvania is facing charges for reporting a fake address in order to comply with Meghan's Law, authorities said. David Pressler, a lifetime offender who was convicted of rape in May 1996, failed to provide a valid address to Pennsylvania State Police's Megan's Law Section, Camp Hill police said. Police were called to investigate the change of address on the 1800 block of Market Street on May 13, according to police. Pressler was subsequently charged with failure to provide accurate registration information.
