Police are searching for a missing 14-year-old mother and her infant son last seen in the city, authorities announced on Thursday, March 6.
Jelina Rosero and her 2-month-old son, Jahseh Harris, were last seen on Thursday, Feb. 27, by Jelina’s grandfather at their home on the 4500 block of Rising Sun Avenue, Philadelphia police said.
Jelina is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Authorities do not know what she was last seen wearing.
