Repeat Flasher Exposed Himself To Yet Another Child: Lehigh County DA A 63-year-old man has been sentenced after exposing himself to a young girl on a public street — again, the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office announced on Friday, Nov. 8. Blaine Alan Arner, of Tamaqua, was ordered to serve seven-and-a-half to 15 years in prison after a hearing held Thursday, Nov. 7, according to District Attorney's Office. Arner must also serve 15 years of probation and register for life as a sexually violent predator, the district attorney's office said. Sex Offender Slashes Woman's Face In Lancaster Street, Police Say A woman was slashed across her face on Wednesday night, Aug. 7, Lancaster City police announced the following day.  Victor Manuel Sanchez, 62, of Lancaster, appeared to be attempting to stab the woman "possibly beat a female with a knife in the 100 block of N. Queen St." around 9:40 p.m., the police stated in the release.  The woman "sustained a slash on her face after Sanchez struck her with the blade of his knife," police said. Man Sentenced For Trying To Meet Girl For Sex In Bucks County: DA A Pottstown man was sentenced to 8 ½ to 17 years in Pennsylvania State Prison for trying to meet a 12-year-old girl for sex in Bensalem Township, authorities said. Uturah Golson, 33, pleaded guilty in April to criminal attempt to commit rape of a child, criminal attempt to commit involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and criminal solicitation to photograph or film a child sex act, according to the Bucks County District Attorney.
