Man Shot Dead In West Philly In Flurry Of Gunfire, $20K Reward Offered (Developing) A 48-year-old man was shot dead in a flurry of gunfire in West Philadelphia on Thursday night, Sept. 19, authorities said. Kahleem Mitchell died in the drive-by shooting, Philadelphia police said in a press statement on Friday, Sept. 20. A total of 35 shell casings were recovered at the crime scene, police stated.
