Pair Arrested In Fatal Shooting Near Northumberland County Courthouse, One Remains At Large Two men are in custody and a third suspect is at large in a fatal shooting outside the Northumberland County Courthouse in Sunbury, authorities said on Friday, Aug. 16. The Montour County Coroner's Office has identified the victim as Dayveon R. Creel of Sunbury.  He was shot at about noon on Thursday, Aug. 15 at 147 Market Street, Sunbury Police Chief Travis Bremigen said. The chief confirmed the two arrests with Daily Voice. Name Released Of 29-Year-Old Man Killed By Police In Central PA A convicted felon has died following an officer-involved shooting in Lewistown, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.  Ridge Ryen Rhodes, 29 of Lewistown, is accused of firing "several shots" when local police responded to the area of the 100 block of West Fourth Street and fired back around 8:30 p.m. on Monday, according to the PSP Troop G release.  Rhodes "succumbed to injuries" after being shot by police.
