Elizabethtown Man's Death Ruled Homicide After Fatal Shooting By Police: Lancaster Coroner
A man arrested for allegedly driving under the influence returned with a handgun to the police station and ended up being shot dead by an officer, authorities detailed in an updated release on Tuesday night, Nov. 12.
