A Philadelphia man admitted to trying to hire a preteen girl as a prostitute and meet her at a New Jersey hotel, authorities said. Louis Goldenberg, 41, pleaded guilty on Wednesday, Sept. 18, New Jersey's U.S. Attorney Philip Sellinger said in a news release. A 13-year-old girl was shot and killed Wednesday, Sept. 18 in Philadelphia, authorities said. The black female was found on the 2800 block of N Bailey Street having suffered a gunshot wound to the right side of her chest just after 7:35 p.m., police said.
