10 Overdosed Dauphin County Prison Inmates Hospitalized, Commissioners Say Ten inmates were revealed to have been hospitalized for drug overdoses in September, Dauphin County Commissioner Justin Douglas said at a meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 9.
