Elizabethtown Officer-Involved Shooting Ruled Justified: DA The fatal officer-involved shooting of 39-year-old Andrew Ward outside the Northwest Regional Police Station in Elizabethtown earlier this month has been deemed justified, the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office announced on Tuesday, Nov. 19.
