Fatal Toy Shop Crash Launches 2 Fundraisers For The Central PA Community The Central Pennsylvania community is rallying for two families after a crash into a toy shop.  Eusebio Forestier fondly known as Tio Cuco, 68, of Harrisburg, was using a mobility scooter when he was struck by a vehicle, in the 300 block of North Second Street in Harrisburg around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 6, as Daily Voice previously reported and as explained in a GoFundMe launched to help Tio Coco's family.  The business that was struck was The Treasure Trove Toy Store, owned by Jennifer & Jason Crocenzi of Enola.
